how I got Here
Why I Love What I Do
The first plant I remember ever receiving as a gift was an infamous Chia head back in the 90s. It did so well that eventually the entire head was full of sprouts. From then on I’d sneak a plant into our apartment and attempted to grow it even with limited space and light. I love growing vegetales, herbs and flowers now that I have more space, resources and time I’m ecstatic to be able to dedicate more time into something that brings me so much happiness. I love taking photos of my little seeds. Watching my seeds grow into beautiful plants, herbs, flowers or vegetables brings me so much joy!
Before 2023 I planted seeds randomly, I didn’t have the chance to focus time or energy on growing a garden, all that changed in 2023! I love documenting my journey everything from the mistakes I’ve made, to the happy dances that come out of seeing a new plant sprout to the books I’ve bought that have taught me so much. This blog is a passion project to document this fun journey. I take many pictures and notes that so far have been contained on my phone and in a notebook. This will be a space where I share some of those notes to help other new gardeners like me. Thanks for stopping by!
